What grind should I use?
Medium-fine, a little finer than sea salt. Start with 22 g of coffee to 350 g of water and adjust from there.
Does it fit standard filters?
Yes. It takes any size 02 cone filter, and the box comes with 40 to get you started.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Both pieces are. The glaze is fired at high temperature and won’t fade or craze.
Can I brew straight into a mug?
Yes. The base sits on most mugs up to 3.5 in across, so you can skip the carafe for a single cup.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave us in 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3 to 6 business days, express 1 to 3.
What if it arrives broken?
Email us a photo within 14 days and we’ll send a replacement right away. No need to return the broken piece.
