Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and any purchase from [Company Name LLC] (“Morrow,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
2. Products and pricing
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors and glazes vary slightly from piece to piece and from screen to screen. Prices are shown in the currency of the country you ship to, and you pay in that currency. Where a price says “Tax included”, it already contains VAT or GST. Elsewhere, prices do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. See our Shipping Policy for import charges. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel orders for it, even after confirmation, and refund any payment in full.
3. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe’s terms. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or cannot ship to your address, and will refund you in full if we do.
4. Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us.
5. Returns and refunds
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Returns and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
6. Using our products safely
Our products are used with hot liquids. Follow the care instructions, handle hot water and glass with care, and keep them away from children while in use.
7. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, photos, logos and design, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to interfere with its security or operation, and no automated scraping or bulk ordering for resale without our permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in these Terms or required by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [State], and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
If you buy as a consumer outside the United States, this choice of law doesn’t take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in the courts there where that law allows it. If you live in the EU or the UK, your right to cancel within 14 days is described in our Returns and Refund Policy.
