Processing time
Orders ship from our studio in 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Where we ship, and what it costs
Prices, delivery times and costs depend on where your order goes. You can change the country with the button at the top of any page, and the exact options for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are the carrier’s estimates after the order ships and aren’t guaranteed.
United States (USD)
All 50 states and Washington, D.C., including PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses (standard shipping only).

Tracking
You’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Address problems
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at hello@example.com; we can change it until the order ships. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 14 days and we’ll open a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, see our Returns and Refund Policy; we’ll make it right.
